Senior Estimation & Tender Engineer
We are looking for a strategic Senior Estimation & Tender Engineer to lead our bidding and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full tender lifecycle and bid submissions.

Prepare precise cost estimates for civil and structural projects.

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for high-value procurement (steel, heavy equipment).

Conduct risk analysis and value engineering to optimize project margins.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

7+ years of experience in construction tendering/estimation.

Proven track record in winning competitive bids.
