Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Contracts Engineer to join our Company.

Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, legal requirements, and commercial terms.
• Monitor and manage tenders, new opportunities, and prequalification (PQ) activities through online platforms such as K-portals, Ariba, GEP smart, and other client portals.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities including amendments, variations, claims, and contractual correspondence until project completion.
• Maintain and control all contractual correspondence including letters, emails, notices, and formal communications for each contract.
• Prepare and manage prequalification submissions, vendor registrations, and subcontractor approval documentation.
• Review tender documents to understand scope of work, technical requirements, and bidder terms & conditions.
• Prepare supporting documentation for variations and assist management in post-tender and post-award contractual requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between the Project Manager, Finance Team, and Estimation Team on contractual / Tender matters.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline).
• 6-8 years of experience as contracts engineer
• Approvals with KOC / KNPC as a Contracts Engineer (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Hold a Transferable visa
