Job Opportunity: Technical/Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for projects and admin operations.
• Maintain Project documents, office files and personnel records.
• Manage technical documentation and project reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support the team in office related tasks and procurement.
• Support the team in Quantity Surveying & Resource planning
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architectural discipline
• Civil/Interior design background is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
