Description

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day facility operations across all locations
Oversee maintenance of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing)
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers
Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
Handle repairs, breakdowns, and emergency situations efficiently
Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of all facilities
Maintain records, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility operations
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Good communication skills (English required)
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification preferred
🔹 Preferred Background:
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail chains
Exposure to multi-site facility management
