**🚨 WE ARE HIRING – DISPATCHER (OIL & GAS)**

We are looking for a **highly organized and proactive Dispatcher** with experience in the **Oil & Gas industry** to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of field operations and logistics.

**🔹 Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate daily dispatch operations for drivers, equipment, and field staff
* Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely deployment to job sites
* Maintain real-time communication with site teams and management
* Prepare and manage dispatch schedules, reports, and documentation
* Ensure compliance with HSE and company operational standards
* Handle emergency dispatch situations efficiently and professionally

**🔹 Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a Dispatcher in the Oil & Gas industry
* Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and field coordination
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch/logistics systems
* Knowledge of Kuwait routes and regulations is an advantage
* Age below 40
