Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing delivery company. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth workforce management in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR or similar role
Strong command of English (mandatory) – written and spoken
Knowledge of basic HR functions (recruitment, attendance, payroll support, onboarding)
Experience in handling blue-collar workforce is an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery/logistics environment


Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of drivers and operational staff
Maintain employee records and attendance tracking
Support payroll preparation and HR documentation
Handle employee queries and basic grievance management
Coordinate with operations team for staffing needs
Ensure compliance with company HR policies
