Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in delivery or logistics operations
Strong knowledge of delivery management and operational processes
Experience handling drivers/riders and shift planning
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage daily operations and solve operational issues efficiently
English is mandatory
Arabic is an advantage
Good knowledge of reporting, coordination, and team management

Responsibilities:
Manage daily delivery operations smoothly and efficiently
Monitor driver performance and attendance
Ensure timely deliveries and operational targets are achieved
Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and riders
Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions
Prepare operational reports and maintain performance standards
