Gulf Center United Industrial Equipment Co. is hiring for the following positions:
1. Equipment Rotating Engineer
2. Rotating Technician
Key Duties & Responsibilities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of rotating equipment including, Pumps compressors, Shafts, Gearboxes, Blowers, motors Fans, Agitators & Turbines Perform dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of rotating machinery
Replace bearings, seals, gaskets, couplings, shafts, and mechanical components. Conduct laser alignment and balancing activities. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Troubleshoot vibration, overheating, leakage, abnormal noise, and mechanical failures Maintain lubrication systems and monitor equipment performance. Support maintenance of stainless steel fabrication machinery and workshop equipment. Assist in welding, fitting, and mechanical fabrication activities when required. Read and interpret: Mechanical drawings ,P&ID drawings GA drawings OEM manuals Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to minimize downtime. Participate in plant shutdowns and turnaround maintenance activities. Respond to emergency breakdown Minimum Requirements ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance. Trade certification in rotating equipment maintenance preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance. GCC industrial experience preferred. Experience in mechanical workshop or stainless steel fabrication industry is an advantage.
