Required Operation Manager
◆ Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
◆ Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in furniture manufacturing or fit-out industry.
◆ Strong leadership and team management skills.
◆ Ability to oversee production, installation, logistics, inventory, and daily operations efficiently.
◆ Knowledge of quality control, process improvement, operational planning, and site coordination.
◆ Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management systems.
◆ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
◆ Ability to ensure timely project execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
