1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Smart, active, and professional appearance
3. Basic knowledge of staffing/recruitment and marketing
4. Supporting recruitment and staffing activities
5. Able to handle front office reception and client coordination
6. Assisting in marketing and business development
7. Visiting clients for local marketing when required
8. Kuwait driving license or home country driving license preferred
