We are hiring full-time leadership candidates who can build departments from the ground up, develop scalable operational systems, drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead long-term expansion initiatives.

Senior Leadership β Logistics & Import/Export Division We are seeking a strategic logistics professional with strong expertise in freight forwarding, customs operations, international trade, and supply chain management. Key Expertise Required: β’ Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain operations β’ Strong knowledge of freight operations, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and trade compliance β’ Experience coordinating international shipments and managing global agent networks β’ Strong background in business development and commercial operations β’ Experience in developing logistics workflows, SOPs, reporting systems, and operational structures β’ Knowledge of FMS/TMS systems and logistics technology platforms β’ Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills Role Overview: The selected candidate will establish and lead the department, oversee day-to-day logistics operations, improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and implement scalable systems for long-term expansion.

Senior Leadership β Building Materials & MEP Products Division We are looking for an experienced commercial and operational leader with strong technical knowledge in construction materials and MEP products. Key Expertise Required: β’ Minimum 10+ years of experience in building materials, MEP products, industrial supply, or construction trading sectors β’ Strong technical understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Civil materials β’ Experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier coordination β’ Proven project sales and business development experience within construction and industrial sectors β’ Strong understanding of tendering, quotations, pricing strategies, and contractor coordination β’ Experience establishing operational workflows, reporting systems, and departmental structures β’ Strong leadership capabilities in managing teams, operations, and commercial growth Role Overview: The selected candidate will lead the division, manage supplier and client relationships, oversee operations and project sales activities, support business expansion, and establish scalable systems to support long-term growth.

Senior Leadership β Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems Division We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven professional to establish and lead our ELV Systems Division. Key Expertise Required: β’ Minimum 10+ years of experience in ELV systems, security systems, low voltage solutions, or related technical industries β’ Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address Systems (PAS), Structured Cabling, Data Networks, and related ELV solutions β’ Experience managing ELV projects, system integration, installation coordination, and technical operations β’ Proven business development experience in project sales, contractor coordination, and client relationship management β’ Strong understanding of ELV standards, compliance requirements, estimation, tendering, and project execution processes β’ Experience working with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government/private sector projects β’ Strong operational leadership and department management capabilities Role Overview: The selected candidate will lead the establishment and growth of the ELV division, oversee operations and project execution, support strategic business development activities, and implement scalable systems for sustainable long-term expansion.

β’ Strong communication, coordination, and client management abilities
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and related business tools
β’ Ability to work independently and lead organizational growth initiatives
