Business Development Executive – Fit Out Works

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in Fit Out Works to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out and construction projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful projects.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and project execution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Valid driving license preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
