Job Title: Operations Team Leader – Housekeeping Services

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Team Leader to join our Housekeeping Services team. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination and leadership skills with the ability to manage daily operations efficiently and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily housekeeping operations with clients and internal teams
Follow up with drivers and housekeeping staff for smooth service execution
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and operational procedures
Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
Ensure timely delivery of services and quick resolution of operational issues
Share daily/weekly operational reports with management
Accept and coordinate service orders through online platforms and communication channels
Maintain proper communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle emergency operational requirements and staff arrangements when required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping operations or facility management
Strong team leadership and coordination skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Flexible with working timings
Must be available on call after duty hours if operationally required
Self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented personality
Knowledge of housekeeping operations and service quality standards preferred
Preferred:
Experience in manpower coordination and field operations
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
Valid driving license will be an advantage
