Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fleet Supervisor to manage daily fleet operations, supervise drivers, and ensure smooth transportation and delivery activities. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and driver coordination.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily fleet operations and delivery activities
• Monitor drivers attendance, performance, and discipline
• Ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Track fuel consumption and vehicle documents
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Monitor GPS tracking and delivery performance
• Handle driver issues and operational problems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations
• Coordinate with HR and operations departments
Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years experience as Fleet Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in delivery/logistics companies preferred
• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and locations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage large number of drivers and vehicles
• Knowledge of fleet tracking systems and reporting
• Transferable Visa (18 Ahli) preferred
• Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage
• Arabic and English speaking preferred
