Organisational Structure – Water Bottling Line
1. Plant Head / Production Engineer (Line In-charge)
• Overall responsible for production, quality, efficiency, and coordination.
2. Production Team
• Blow Moulding Operator (bottle making)
• Filler Operator (filling machine)
• Labeller Operator (labelling machine)
• Shrink Wraps Machine Operator (packaging in bundles)
• Palletizer Operator (arranging pallets)
• Helper(s) (support to operators)
• Helper for reliever (stand-in for absent operators/helpers)
3. Quality Control (QC) Team
• QC Lab Supervisor
o QC Lab Technician (reports to Supervisor)
4. Utilities & Maintenance
• RO Operator (responsible for water treatment plant)
• Electrical Technician
• Mechanical Technician
5. Logistics & Warehouse
• Forklift Operator
• Warehouse/Store Keeper
