Our company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team.

πŸ”Ή Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Maintain warehouse records and inventory data accurately
β€’ Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and stock reports
β€’ Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff
β€’ Monitor stock movement and update system records
β€’ Handle data entry and filing of warehouse documents
β€’ Support daily warehouse operations and reporting

πŸ”Ή Requirements:
β€’ Previous experience in warehouse administration or inventory control
β€’ Proficient in MS Excel and other computer systems
β€’ Strong organizational and communication skills
β€’ Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
β€’ High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
β€’ Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
β€’ Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
β€’ Must be able to communicate professionally in English
