We are hiring experienced candidates for the below positions;

*Design Architect -Studio Manager
Lead design direction and manage studio team
• 10+ years experience in high-end villas
• Strong leadership and client presentation skills
• Advanced Revit skills

*Architectural Designer – BIM Modeler
• Develop BIM models (LOD 200–400)
• 4–8 years experience
• Strong Revit skills and coordination understanding

*Technical Architect (Working Drawings)
• Prepare full construction documents and detailing
• 8+ years experience
• Strong IFC and detailing skill

*MEP Coordinator – BIM
• Coordinate MEP systems in BIM environment
• Clash detection and coordination

*Structural Designer
• Structural design for villa-scale projects
• ETABS, SAFE experience
