Description

We are looking for a data-driven QC Officer / Food Scientist to oversee our food safety compliance and product quality standards. You will be responsible for enforcing local regulatory requirements and international standards to ensure total product consistency and safety from raw materials to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Inspections: Conduct daily audits of production areas, storage facilities, and staff hygiene to ensure strict adherence.

Quality Testing: Perform and oversee physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products; manage shelf-life testing and retention sampling.

Salary negotiable.
