JOB VACANCY: GRILLER – ARABIC GRILL MENU

Matbakhi is looking for an experienced Griller to join our kitchen team.

Requirements:

Must have experience in preparing Arabic grill menu items
Knowledge in cutting, marinating, skewering, and grilling
Experience in kebab, ta, shish tawook, grilled meat, chicken, and other Arabic grill items
Ability to maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Must follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness procedures
Previous experience in catering or restaurant operations is an advantage
Must be available in Kuwait with transferable residency
