HIRING – GRADUATE HSE ENGINEER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Kuwait

1. Graduate HSE Engineer

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or related fields)

* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply
* Strong English communication skills are mandatory (Speaking, Writing & Presentation)
* Good understanding of HSE principles and workplace safety practices
* Professional attitude with willingness to learn and develop
* Transferable residency (Article 18) preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Support HSE training delivery and awareness programs
* Assist in safety inspections, audits, and compliance activities
* Prepare HSE reports, checklists, and documentation
* Support development of risk assessments, procedures, and safety materials
* Participate in client site visits and industrial safety assessments
* Assist trainers and consultants in HSE projects and training programs
* Maintain records and support operational activities as required

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
* Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation knowledge
* Understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements
* HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc. are an advantage
* Presentation or training capability is an added advantage

2. Business Development Executive
(Kuwait Driving License Preferred)

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
* Fresh graduates or candidates with sales/marketing experience may apply
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good English speaking and writing skills
* Professional attitude with strong client-handling capability
* Transferable residency (Article 18) preferred
* Kuwait Driving License is preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential clients and business opportunities
* Promote company services and generate new business leads
* Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and marketing documents
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets
* Conduct market research and assist in business expansion initiatives
