Vacancy Announcement – Interior/Fit-Out Works

Tri East Building Construction Company is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the Fit-Out Division for high-profile retail, and F&B projects across Kuwait.

1. Fit-Out Projects Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead fit-out projects from inception to completion.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.

• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years’ fit-out experience (3–5 years in a managerial role).

• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and MEP Works.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

2. Fit-Out Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of site activities.

• Review drawings, specifications, and prepare material submittals.

• Supervise works on site (civil, finishes, joinery, and MEP).

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

• Ensure works meet quality standards and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.

• 3–6 years of experience in fit-out/interior contracting.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Strong technical and site coordination skills.

3. Fit-Out Project Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.

• Coordinate workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.

• Ensure quality of work, safety compliance, and timely progress.

• Report site issues and progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.

• Assist in snagging, testing, and final handover.

Requirements

• Diploma/Technical Certificate in Civil/Interior Works.

• 5+ years’ site supervision experience in fit-out works.

• Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and MEP site coordination.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
