Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee both Food & Beverage Management (FBM) and Delivery Operations Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, fleet efficiency, and overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of restaurants, kitchens, and delivery teams.
Ensure smooth coordination between FBM and delivery operations.
Monitor KPIs including sales, delivery times, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
Lead restaurant managers, supervisors, dispatchers, and delivery riders.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards.
Monitor fleet utilization, rider performance, and delivery service quality.
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Control budgets, inventory, and operational expenses.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage and Delivery Operations Management.
Strong background in restaurant operations and last-mile delivery services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing large teams and multiple locations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
