Sales Executive – Racking, Shelving & Storage Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling racking systems, shelving solutions, warehouse storage equipment, and related industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the warehousing, logistics, retail, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Promote and sell racking systems, shelving units, storage solutions, and related products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable storage solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in racking, shelving, storage systems, warehouse equipment, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of warehouse storage solutions and material handling products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid driving license preferred.
Experience in the Kuwait market will be an added advantage.
