URGENT HIRING – KUWAIT - ELV Sales Engineers with Kuwait Driving License & Planning Engineers
1. ELV Sales Engineers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in ELV, Security Systems, IT, AV, or related industries.
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities in ELV, Security, IT, and AV sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate leads and identify upcoming projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for project execution.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

2. Planning Engineers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Planning/Scheduling Engineer in a construction environment.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Planning Engineer in preparing project schedules.
• Monitor and track site progress.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Attend and schedule project meetings.
• Coordinate continuously with construction team members.
• Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.
