Description

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. Our office is in Kuwait City , duty hours : 7am to 3pm / 5 days a week

Non negotiable points :
Must have a valid 18 transferable ikama
Must be able to comment dirt on 1 July 2026

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Open to male & Female candidates
* Indian candidates only , specifically South Indians
* Must be fluent in Malayalam and English
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Well-organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate hotel bookings and travel arrangements for incoming /outgoing visitors and employees
* Schedule meetings and appointments based on management requirements
* Coordinate and manage schedules for the office boy, mandoub and driver
* Report directly to the Admin Manager and assist in all administrative duties
* Support day-to-day office operations and coordination activities
* Maintain proper documentation and administrative records

Skills Required:

* Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
* Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory
* Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, scheduling)
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
