Job Opportunity: Delivery Dispatch Specialist

A leading food and beverage company is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Delivery Dispatcher to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating delivery operations, ensuring every order reaches customers efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Order Coordination: Efficiently assign delivery orders to drivers based on geographical locations and real-time traffic.

* Live Tracking: Monitor driver progress and maintain constant communication to ensure timely deliveries.

* Kitchen Synergy: Liaise with the kitchen team to synchronize order preparation with driver availability.

* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve logistical issues, such as incorrect addresses or delivery delays.

* Performance Reporting: Track delivery times and provide feedback to improve overall logistics efficiency.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Dispatcher or Logistics Coordinator, preferably in the F&B industry.

* In-depth knowledge of Kuwait’s geography, residential areas, and main routes.

* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak hours.

* Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

* Proficiency in using GPS tracking systems and delivery management software.
