All roles below are PART–TIME contractual roles, with deliverables–based fixed–compensation (not permanent long–term employment)

1.) PART–TIME Contractual Client Acquisition / Sales Specialist : Multiple roles available : Locations – All GCC Countries
* No minimum qualification
* 3+ years sales or business development experience
* Own local driving license + own vehicle
* Knowledge of local construction market
* Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is a priority advantage
* Candidates must already hold own valid residency/work authorization in country of residence
* PART–TIME fixed compensation per acquired client

2.) PART–TIME Contractual Social Media Specialist : One role available
* No minimum qualification
* 3+ years social media / digital marketing experience
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
* Design, create, and post engaging content (posts/reels/etc.) related to construction services
* Generate qualified leads through social media and digital engagement, and convert them to successful clients by social media outreach
* Candidates based internationally can also apply
* Candidates must already hold own valid residency/work authorization in respective country of residence
* PART–TIME fixed compensation per acquired client via social media

3.) PART–TIME Contractual Website Designer + Software Programmer : One role available
* Relevant Diploma (minimum) and relevant certifications mandatory
* 3+ years web/software development experience
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, React, Node.js, SEO, UI/UX, database management, etc. mandatory
* Collaborate with the Company's Cybersecurity Specialist regarding website and data security
* Candidates based internationally can also apply
* Candidates must already hold own valid residency/work authorization in respective country of residence
* PART–TIME fixed compensation per company project

4.) PART–TIME Contractual Tenders & Contracts Specialist : One role available : Location Kuwait
* Relevant Bachelors Degree (minimum) and relevant certifications mandatory
* 3+ years experience in tenders, procurement, and contracts in construction in Kuwait
* Knowledge of Kuwait tendering processes and portals
* Strong documentation and organization skills
* Fluency in Arabic & English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory
* Candidates must already hold own valid residency/work authorization in Kuwait
* PART–TIME fixed compensation per company tender–project

IMPORTANT:
* Proven excellent writing and communication skills in English
* with 'SELF–INITIATIVE, CREATIVE, PROACTIVE & GLOBAL–PERSPECTIVE MINDSET' mandatory
* Annual performance bonus based on achievements and company targets
* All above are PART–TIME contractual fixed project–based roles (not permanent long–term employment)
* NO visa/residency/citizenship/sponsorship provided for any country
* NO transportation, equipment, material, operational expenses, etc. reimbursement provided
