A leading trading and engineering company in Kuwait is seeking a precision-focused Pre-sale Electrical Engineer with sales support capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical compliance and estimation skills.

Core Responsibilities
• Thoroughly review and analyze complete tender documents, project drawings, and technical appendices.
• List the total number of items from project scopes and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities.
• Coordinate directly with international manufacturers to verify technical specifications, product capacities, and lead times.
• Prepare detailed technical submittals, compliance statements, and technical proposals.
• Provide sales support by attending technical clarification meetings with clients.
• Identify and report any missing critical fields or technical risks in tender documents early in the bidding cycle.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical estimation, or system integration within the electrical trading or contracting sector in the Gulf region.
• High proficiency in reading electrical single line diagrams, schematic drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong attention to technical detail and strict adherence to project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate directly with international manufacturers.
• Candidate must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18).
