Looking for an IT Officer / IT Support with 2–3 years of experience to provide first-line IT support and assist in IT asset management.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Domain Controllers (AD), Firewalls, Attendance Machines & Antivirus Solutions
• Experience in hardware, software & network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IT asset management and user support
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP, DHCP)
