WE ARE HIRING – RIQQA MAKER

We are looking for an experienced Riqqa Maker to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Riqqa (traditional Arabic thin bread) according to company standards.
• Prepare batter/dough and ensure consistency in quality and taste.
• Operate Riqqa cooking equipment and maintain proper cooking temperatures.
• Ensure products are prepared fresh and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels.
• Minimize food wastage and support efficient kitchen operations.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.

Requirements:
• Experience in preparing Riqqa, Regag, Markook, Saj bread, crepes, or similar Arabic flatbreads.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous GCC experience is an advantage.

Location: Kuwait
