🔹 Coffee Roaster
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of coffee roasting experience
* Knowledge of specialty coffee and roasting profiles
* Experience operating commercial roasting machines
* Ability to monitor roast quality and consistency
* Knowledge of coffee bean grading and quality control
* Basic record-keeping and inventory management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate immediately

🔹 Dates Cook (Kitchen)
Requirements:
* Experience in preparing and cooking date-based products and fillings
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to follow recipes and maintain product consistency
* Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and quality
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Ready to join immediately
