Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and project fulfillment. Performance Reporting: Track client KPIs, monitor account budgets, and deliver regular progress updates to both clients and internal management. Contract Negotiations: Assist in negotiating and renewing client agreements and managing contract updates.
