*Sales Operations Manager / Sales Operations Engineer*

A leading Kuwait-based Engineering, Power & Energy company is seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team.

Requirements:

✅ Engineering Degree (Electrical / Mechanical)

✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience

✅ Experience in Power, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or EPC sectors

✅ Strong Project Management & Contract Administration background

✅ Experience with KOC, EPC Contractors, MEP Contractors, Consultants, and Industrial Clients

✅ Knowledge of Substations, Power Plants, Electrical Infrastructure, Automation, Protection & Control Systems, Testing & Commissioning

✅ Strong business development, commercial, and client relationship management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and business development activities

• Manage strategic customer relationships

• Coordinate project opportunities from tendering to execution

• Liaise with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, and industrial clients

• Support projects involving substations, power plants, automation, and electro-mechanical systems
