Description

We are hiring for the position of Jewelry Workshop Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily workshop operations.

Lead and organize gold and silver craftsmen and technicians.

Ensure high-quality standards in jewelry manufacturing and finishing.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Follow up on envelopes/jobs received from the showroom and ensure accurate execution.

Coordinate between the workshop and sales team.

Control material usage, minimize waste, and maintain accountability.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a workshop manager or senior supervisor in gold & silver jewelry manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of jewelry making processes (casting, setting, polishing, finishing).
Leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Honest, reliable, and well-organized.
