Description

This position is responsible for daily collection follow- up with the customers to collect the invoices and ensures coordination with the collector’s team regarding the payments and collecting it on time.

Key Responsibilities –

*) Lead and manage the overall collection of accounts receivable for International, Corporate, and SMB customers.
*) Support the team in resolving collection issues, customer discrepancies, invoicing, and payment matters.
*) Monitor and maintain customer collections and the accounts receivable ledger.
*) Communicate and follow up effectively with customers, Sales Account Managers, and Service Delivery teams regarding payments.
*) Resolve customer disputes related to outstanding balances and payments.
*) Validate customer invoices against contractual terms using the Contract Management System.
*) Monitor customer contract validity and expiry, coordinating with Sales Account Managers accordingly.
*) Provide discount recommendations and policy guidance based on customer payment terms and payment trends.
*) Audit supplier and international carrier accounts payable and escalate overdue balances exceeding approved credit terms.
*) Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analysis on cash collections.

Job Requirements -

• Bilingual (Preferably Arabs)

• Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting or related.

• Preparing reports for managers on request.

• Updated on knowledge in their field of expertise.

• Ability to work independently.

• Any report required by external auditor/management.

Experience:

• 3 - 7 years or more of experience in the same position or field.
