📢 We're Hiring – Procurement Officer (Non-Stock / Indirect Materials)
📍 Location: Kuwait
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Procurement Officer to join our team and support the procurement of indirect materials, services, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
✔ Manage procurement of non-stock and indirect materials
✔ Obtain competitive quotations and achieve cost savings
✔ Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
✔ Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
✔ Monitor procurement processes, documentation, and compliance
✔ Coordinate with internal departments to support operational requirements
✔ Support supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree
✅ 5+ years of procurement experience
✅ Experience in indirect/non-stock procurement and supplier management
✅ Strong negotiation and sourcing skills
✅ Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
✅ ERP/SAP experience is preferred
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
