πŸ“ Location: Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
βœ” Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities
βœ” Support payroll administration and employee records management
βœ” Coordinate training and development programs
βœ” Manage government relations, visas, labor, and residency processes
βœ” Lead performance management and KPI implementation
βœ” Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
βœ” Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
βœ… Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
βœ… Minimum 8 years of HR experience
βœ… Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Training, and Government Relations
βœ… Experience in Performance Management and KPI systems
βœ… Excellent communication and leadership skills
βœ… Fluent in English and Arabic
βœ… Proficient in HRMS, Payroll Systems, and Microsoft Office
