Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily office activities.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and company records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling correspondence with clients and government authorities.
Knowledge of office management procedures and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
