Purchasing & Maintenance Officer (Male)

A leading ladies salon company in Kuwait is seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Purchasing & Maintenance Officer to join our team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

* Transferable Visa 18.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Kuwait in purchasing, procurement, supplier coordination, and maintenance management.
* Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
* Manage all purchasing activities, obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
* Follow up on maintenance requirements for all branches and facilities and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
* Monitor purchasing and maintenance needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Submit invoices and supporting documents for all purchases and maintenance activities.
* Prepare daily reports, maintain accurate records, and perform related administrative duties.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and computer skills.
* Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
* Professional, cooperative, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Flexibility to work during evening hours when required.
* Work closely with management and team members and execute assigned tasks accurately and on time.
