- Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in Hyderabadi dum biryani preparation
Strong knowledge of spices, marination, and dum cooking technique
Ability to handle bulk cooking and maintain consistent taste
Experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
Must be based in Kuwait or ready to relocate
