We are currently seeking a dynamic Procurement Engineer to join our growing team and support our ongoing market expansion
✅ Requirements:

• Key Responsibilities
• Review HVAC project specifications, drawings, and material requirements.
• Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Source HVAC equipment, materials, spare parts, and subcontractor services from approved suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations based on technical specifications, quality, delivery schedules, and pricing.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor databases.
• Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Track procurement status and follow up on deliveries to avoid project delays.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and budget analyses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and performance.
• Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance activities when required.
• Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, and delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Knowledge of purchasing and sourcing materials required for Heresite and Hereshield coating applications, including coatings, consumables, and related equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in HVAC procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and materials.
• Familiarity with major HVAC brands such as Daikin, Carrier, Trane, and York.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement procedures and contract management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
