About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist to join our retail team. You will be responsible for designing beautiful arrangements, helping customers find the perfect gifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, cut, and arrange both fresh and artificial floral pieces according to customer requirements.

Expertly wrap gifts and coordinate packaging using ornate ribbons and accessories.

Assist customers on the shop floor with selections and recommendations.

Help monitor stock levels and organize incoming shipments.

Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-organized workspace on the shop floor.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a florist or in a similar creative retail role.

Strong eye for design, color coordination, and presentation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
