Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will support the sales department by preparing quotations, coordinating with operations teams, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and follow up on freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments.
* Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure timely execution of shipments.
* Assist sales executives in managing customer accounts and business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment-related information.
* Follow up on quotations, leads, and pending customer requests.
* Communicate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents regarding rates and schedules.
* Support the preparation of contracts, presentations, and sales documentation.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sales coordination.
* Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and logistics operations.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with CRM or freight forwarding software is an advantage.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
* Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
