Operations Supervisor – Delivery Company (Full-Time)

Salary 300-350 ( Depends on experience)

A delivery company is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in delivery operations is required.
• Previous experience in a delivery company is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Talabat, Jahez, Keeta, Get Carri, Snoonu, and similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of daily operations, driver management, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• English language is required.
• Arabic language is an advantage.

Valid Kuwait driving license is an added advantage.

Able to join immediately.


Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily delivery operations.
• Monitor driver attendance, leave, and performance.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate driver cash collections, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Handle fuel recharge requests and maintain related records.
• Coordinate with delivery platforms and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, traffic fines, and accidents.
• Address driver issues and customer complaints.
• Maintain employee and operational records.
• Assist with driver recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with management and provide regular operational updates.
