Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Assistant to support our daily logistics and transportation operations.

Requirements:
• With a valid Kuwait Driving License (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or store/warehouse operations (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory and delivery coordination
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge and experience in logistics processes such as customs clearance, processing commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and handling correspondence for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in arranging and coordinating deliveries and pickups
• Support loading, unloading, and dispatch activities
• Maintain delivery records and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
• Assist in warehouse/store support activities when required
