Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent record-keeping and document management skills.
• Must have a valid Kuwait Driving License (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
• Manage correspondence, filing systems, and company records.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
