We are seeking an accomplished Head Chef for our contemporary Chinese dining concept, delivering refined cuisine, exceptional presentation, and consistently high culinary standards.

Requirements:

● 10–15 years of culinary experience, including 5–7 years in senior leadership roles

● Expertise in Beijing-style and Hong Kong-influenced modern Chinese cuisine

● Strong experience in wok cooking, dim sum, Beijing duck, handmade noodles, and premium Chinese specialties

● Proven experience in luxury or premium dining environments

● Strong leadership, menu development, team management, and operational excellence skills

● Experience leading multicultural kitchen brigades and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
