We are hiring for Senior Engineer – Precast
Location: Mina Abdullah (Ahmadi)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Precast to oversee the design, production, and installation of precast concrete elements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in precast systems, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage factory and site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage precast design, detailing, and production processes
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals and execution
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
Monitor production schedules in the precast factory to meet project timelines
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
Supervise erection/installation of precast elements at site
Resolve technical issues related to design, casting, and installation
Optimize production efficiency and reduce material wastage
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in precast concrete industry
Strong knowledge of:
Precast systems (hollow core, wall panels, beams, columns, etc.)
Structural design principles
Shop drawings & detailing software (AutoCAD, Tekla preferred)
Experience in factory production and site erection
Familiarity with international standards (ACI, BS, Eurocode)
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in GCC projects
Knowledge of BIM and precast optimization techniques
Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
