Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a pleasant dining experience, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and explain dishes when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality (premium experience preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality / Hotel Management is an advantage
• Basic training in customer service or F&B service preferred. Employees attended TAJ Training programmes / done internship in premium branded restaurant is highly preferred
• Presentable and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirement (Mandatory)
• Good English communication is required
