Job Title: Supply Chain /Procurement Officer (Female)

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain operations, with strong knowledge of local logistics and customs procedures in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate logistics and shipment activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Create and maintain vendor codes and stock/item codes within the ERP system.
Handle documentation and follow-up related to Kuwait customs clearance procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Requirements:
Female candidate.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in vendor code creation and stock code/item master management.
Knowledge of Kuwait customs clearance regulations and documentation.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with local and international suppliers.
